2024 Summer Season

  • Tour Coordinator is responsible for working on the cruise pier assisting and directing guests to the show site or onto their bus for the next portion of their tour.  Communicating tour counts and other impertinent details to staff at the show site.  Collecting and auditing (counting) tickets after every show and conducting end-of-day settlements with the Cruise Lines.  This position requires:
    • Working outdoors rain or shine
    • Standing for long periods of time/walking long distances
    • Have time management skills to follow a daily schedule with minimal supervision
    • Completing basic mathematics
    • Able to talk to large groups of guests and give directions
    • Capable of positively representing the company to cruise lines, partners, and guests
  • Retail Associate is responsible for interacting with passengers by answering questions, ringing up purchases,  and selling tickets.  Maintaining a clean and stocked retail store including stocking wood for the fireplace. Operating a concession stand offering popcorn, hot and cold drinks, and other snack items.  Maintaining a clean arena including the bathrooms.  This position requires:
    • Standing for long periods of time on concrete
    • Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
    • Have time management skills to follow a daily schedule with minimal supervision
    • Completing basic mathematics
    • Cleaning bathrooms, concessions, retail store, and grandstand
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Capable of positively representing the company to guests
  • Professional Male Lumberjack is responsible for performing up to 12 different events in our 1 hour show.  Setting up, performing, and cleaning up for every show.  Maintain your own chopping equipment and helping maintain the show sites equipment.  Executing sound for the show, interacting with guests before and after show, answering any questions that guest might arise about a variety of topics.  This position requires:
    • Experience competing in timbersports and have a desire to further their career in it
    • Must be to meet criteria set forth by the Jack Boss based on ability
    • Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
    • Have time management skills to complete task given with minimal supervision
    • Capable of positively representing the company to guests.
